We're passionate about maple. Canada produces over 85% of all of the maple syrup in the world making it a large part of our heritage. Everything Maple is committed to combining the best pure Maple Syrup with only the finest & freshest ingredients to create all natural, premium gourmet products that proudly promote our Canadian heritage.
Everything Maple Inc. grew from Orillia-based Moore’s Maple – The Syrup Guy business, with the establishment of its first product back in 2002. The company is owned by the creative founder, former caterer and chocolatier, Tracy Moore, who also spent several years on the board of directors for the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association.
Our distinguished product line currently boasts a variety of pure maple syrup-based BBQ sauces, salad dressings, marinades, condiments, jellies and dessert sauces pleasing to even the most discriminating palate. As Tracy always eloquently proclaims, “It’s Maple, What’s Not to Love!”
In the summer of 2006, our company has partnered with Mississauga-based co-packers Celtrade Canada Inc. providing us the ability to produce our Gourmet Maple Products for extended wholesale launch into the North American foodservice & retail food markets.
We featured our a selection of our products at the Ethnic & Specialty Food Expo at the International Center in Toronto in mid-September 2006 to expand the availability of our Gourmet BBQ sauces, salad dressings, marinades, dips, and mustards from exclusively local small-town stores such as Orillia’s acclaimed Mariposa Market.
Since the Food Expo - where our ‘Top 8’ products were received with glowing reviews - our Gourmet Maple Products are now being carried by a numerous distinguished stores in across our own Simcoe County as well as around the Toronto area and in Southern Ontario. We are pleased with the reception we are getting as we continue to work hard at expanding the availability of our products to more tables around the World!
